This is an antique doll that was made by the German firm of Armand Marseille and she is the Florodora mould. She is approximately 17″ in height (not counting her wig).

Her bisque socket head has no damage and she has multi stroked eyebrows and delicately painted upper and lower lashes as well as the usual red accent dot in the corner of each eye and her nostrils. She has an open mouth with her row of original teeth and a dimple in her chin. She has brown glass sleeping eyes with most of the eyelid wax intact (some missing on one eye) and there is a little plaster showing on one side of an eye. Her blush is nice and bright and has only very minor marks. Her markings on the back of her head are nice and clear. Her wig is a vintage auburn coloured replacement wig and she has a cardboard pate.

She is on her original ball jointed composition body that is in good but played with condition and one finger is missing on her left hand. There is some slight damage to a couple of areas which I have photographed but are all hidden under her clothing.

She comes wearing a frock that is vintage, if not antique and may have been made for in her early years. It feels like a silk or silk component material and has a sash around the waist with a metal buckle. It is trimmed with lace and has a crocheted lace collar draped around the neckline (not fixed and ties up). Underneath she has a lighter yellow vest and pantaloons and also has socks and shoes that tie up with ribbon.
