This is the most stunning reproduction German JD Kestner “Hilda” that was made by a very talented doll artist in 1985. She measures in length approximately 18″. She is signed on the back of her head.

She has a bisque socket head and the painting of this doll is just superb with beautiful colouring to her cheeks, multi stroked eyebrows and delicately stroked upper and lower eyelashes. Her blue glass eyes are just stunning and very expensive eyes. She has an open/closed mouth with 2 moulded teeth and a soft blonde wig.

She is on a Kestner reproduction body that in itself was well over $100 in itself and is strung well.

She comes wearing a beautiful vintage long white gown trimmed with lace and rows of embroidery. Underneath she has a gorgeous white cotton petticoat also trimmed with lace and embroidery, pants, bootees and a gorgeous vintage bonnet. The outfit is beautiful and suits the doll beautifully and again an expensive outfit.

This lovely doll is priced well under what she originally cost to make and dress and she is ready to display.
