This artist doll is just stunning and considered a rare find. She is priced under what her original cost was and everything about this doll is quality.

She is an original sculpt artist doll by reknowned Australian Doll Artist Catherine Mather and she was made in 1992. She is No. 12 of only 20 made world wide. Her name is Morgan and she is a stunningly beautiful doll made from full porcelain and comes with some extras.

Morgan sitting is approximately 82cm in height and as you can see from the photos she is a doll that was designed to sit. She is extremely heavy and comes with her own wooden seat with a tapestry like cover to pose her on.

She has a beautiful long auburn human hair wig and stunning deep brown eyes with “real” upper eyelashes.

Her original outfit was made just for her and is ivory in colouring, lined and flows beautifully. It has gold accents and a wonderful embroidered and beaded trim around the bodice and another embroidered sash for around her waist. She has a halo headpiece made from dried flowers and leaves to finish it off. There are some very minor repairs needed to the frock as shown in the photos on the arm areas. She also has silk underwear.

When this doll was received originally she was not packaged well and had a break to the inner side of her leg where it fits into her torso. I had this professionally repaired at a great expense and it is now perfect again and the repair is unseen. Some would not even mention such a repair but I do try and disclose anything I can when I know of such repairs.

Morgan was featured in the 1996 Doll Artists Calendar and this will be included with the doll along with her Certificate.

I would consider a layby on this doll and if anyone is interested please email me.

Postage and Packaging has not been declared as will need to be calculated due to size and weight and the doll and her chair and other other items may need to be sent in a seperate box.
