This is a gorgeous artist made baby that was made in 1997 and signed by the doll artist. She measures in length 14″ but does need some minor TLC so have priced her cheaply. She is the popular “Sugar Britches” Baby doll.

The head and quarter arms are bisque and the rest of her body is cloth.

The head has been painted beautifully and is a sleeping baby with real lashes under her moulded closed eyes. She has a whispy blonde mohair head of hair and her cheek blushing and lips are just gorgeous. Her quarter arms are also bisque.

This lovely doll has had her foam stuffing diminish with time and now needs to be opened up and re-stuffed but apart from that is in beautiful condition.

She wears a beautiful fine voile long gown trimmed with lace and ribbon and a matching bonnet that would be worth half the asking price and underneath she has a matching long petticoat and knitted pants.
