This very cute artist made doll is from a Kay Wiggs (Australia) mould and her name is “Scallywags” and marked on the back of the head with the details. She is unsigned or dated but I would say she was made in the late 1990’s era. She is approximately 18.5″ in height.

She has a bisque head, arms and half legs and the rest of her torso is cloth.

She has the cutest of faces and has been painted very well with gorgeous freckles across her face. She has a closed mouth, multi stroked eyebrows and “real” upper eyelashes. Her brown eyes are set stationary and she has a lovely long auburn wig with some curls.

Her outfit which is worth my asking price has been made just for her and consists of a lovely bright yellow toned pinafore frock with pockets on each side. Underneath she has a broderie anglaise frock trimmed with lace, a full length petticoat and matching pantaloons along with socks and button up shoes to match. To finish her off she has yellow bows on each side of her head.

This gorgeous girl represents many hours of work and is bargain priced. She is ready to display and has no faults.
