This doll is an artist made doll but she has some issues so priced very cheaply.

She would have been made I believe in the 1990’s and the artist went under the name of “Gracie May’s Original Dolls” and she still has the swing tag on her arm and at the time she was sold for an extraordinary $245!!!!!

The artist called the doll “Miss Martha”and she stands in height approximately 19”.

She has a bisque shoulder plate head with all her facial features hand painted other than her blue eyes that are set stationary. She has a massively full auburn wig of curls.

She has half bisque arms and legs and the rest of her body is cloth. The body needs to be either replaced or taken apart and bleached to remove the age stains that she has that occured in storage (prior to me having her).

Her clothing has been made just for her but again will need soaking as there are some age marks. It consists of a lovely broderie anglaise white cotton frock trimmed with blue ribbon with a petticoat, pantaloons, stockings and shoes. Her outfit alone, once cleaned, is worth my asking price.
