This is an absolutely gorgeous original sculpt from 1993 and measures in total height 16″ counting in her wig.

She was made by Australian artists Wendy Richardson & Carolyn Neep and her name is Karla and there were only 10 of these made worldwide so it is rare to find one. The one I have kept I have displayed on a dresser and it just makes a wonderful display item.

When these busts were made they were $500 new according to my research so this one is priced at a fraction of that original price.

The bisque is in perfect condition and as well as beautifully painted facial features she has stationary set eyes with “real” upper and lower eyelashes. She has a lovely auburn wig full of curls. The artists set her onto a wooden base and the added the lac collar, lace in her hair and a necklace. She is fully signed on the back of her head.
