This reproduction French Jumeau doll is just stunning and ready to display. She was made in 1990 and signed by the artist that made her. She is 23″ in height (just over counting in her wig).

The bisque socket head is painted superbly and she has stationary blue glass eyes, multi stroked eyebrows and delicately stroked upper and lower eyelashes as well as the usual red accent dot in the corner of her eyes as well as her nostrils. She has a lovely closed mouth that is outlined nicely and she has pierced ears with earrings. Her lovely ringleted wig is a quality auburn wig that suits her perfectly.

She is on a quality vintage composition body that is in lovely condition and strung very well. It is likely that the body does have an old re-paint.

Her outfit is superb and made just for her and consists of a gorgeous frock trimmed with lace and with embroidery on the bodice and some beading. Over that she has a matching jacket with pink satin trims and lace. Underneath she has a broderie anglaise type petticoat, pantaloons, stockings and vintage shoes that tie up with ribbon. This outfit alone was over $100.

It would be hard to find a Jumeau reproduction as nice as this one and she is priced cheaply as she represents many hours of work both in the making and dressing of her.
