This dolls house shop is quite large and very heavy weighing over 9kgs without being packaged so guess it would be over 10kgs packaged and shipping would need to be worked out before purchasing so please contact me.

It has been hand crafted from wood and measures approximately 62cm in length, 41cm in width and approximately 34cm in height.

It is in excellent condition and could be set up into whatever miniature shop you would like it to be. i.e. toy shop, grocery shop, haberdashery shop or anything else.

At the moment inside the shop are wooden shelves (with some blue tak residue) ready for contents along with a ladder that moves along for the shop keeper to retrieve goods from. There is also a hanger on one wall and a telephone. The base has floor covering and the walls have been painted with windows, doors etc. inserted with perspex “glass”. The front door opens and the roof is metal hinged to open right up. A light has been wired in and there is a battery box with wires to join and make the light operate but I can’t recall which wires now to attach sorry. This box used to sit at the back of the house so it could not be seen. There is a tree at the front of the shop along with a red post box and a mat at the front door.

This shop is a WONDERFUL project just waiting to be bought to life and to be filled with miniatures.
