This is a Shibajuku Girls doll from 2016 that is mint in her original packaging and never been removed. These dolls are really unique and highly collectible. This one is Yoko and she is 13″ in height.

She has gorgeous mint green hair and huge blue eyes with “real” upper eyelashes.
