“ROSE” A TRIBUTE TO PRINCESS DIANA SIGNATURE EDITION DOLL BY DIANNA EFFNER – 18″

$175.00

This beautiful doll was distributed by Ashton Drake in 2009. The master doll designer was Dianna Effner and she designed this doll as a tribute to Princess Diana. She is not supposed to be a “Diana” doll as such and is just a little girl paying tribute to the Princess. She measures in length approximately 18″ and is in perfect condition.

“Rose” was a Limited Edition doll and is quite a hard doll to get hold of. Her head and limbs are bisque and have been hand crafted and hand painted and her body is soft filled.

She has gorgeous stationary set blue eyes and “real” upper eyelashes. She has blonde whispy mohair hair.

She wears a blue satin dress adorned with intricate detailing of pearls and beads with flowers and ribbon on the bodice. She also wears an ivory layered petticoat with beautiful embroidery on the first layer and then with a net trim. Rose also has her own diamente tiara.

Rose has her own blue detailed cushion to display her on (either laying down or sitting up) and attached to the cushion is a locket of the late Princess with an inscription of “England’s Eternal Rose” along with a picture of Princess Diana. There is also a intricate crown in one corner. The cushion is blue velvet on one side and satin on the other side to match Rose’s outfit. It also has a pearl trim around it.

She has her Certificate of Authenticity indicating she is Number 1806 of 2,500 made and she retains her swing tag and net around her hair.

Her original box is in solid, but used condition with tape residue and she will be very carefully packaged into this box.

This doll has the sweetest of faces and really stands out in a collection and buyer will not be disappointed in her.

Postage and Packaging has not been declared as will need to be calculated due to size and weight.
