This is an artist made doll that has no makers marks or dates but I suspect it was made in the 1990’s by an amateur doll maker as the painting is not the best I have seen but it is still okay and a lovely mould.

It is a Gebruder Heubach reproduction bonnet girl and the head is amazing with the moulded bonnet and bow with some tufts of moulded hair showing. She has hand painted features and no damage.

She is on a body that appears to be ceramic that is strung well and in good condition with a matt finish.

She is dressed in a simple frock with white and red trims and has pantaloons underneath as well as socks and shoes. The frock has ageing and could do with a soak.
