REPRODUCTION HERTEL SCHWAB 173 GOOGLY AS A CLOWN – 14″ AND GORGEOUS

$75.00

This reproduction German doll was made in the 1990’s era by an unknown and talented doll artist. It is a Hertel Schwab 173-9 Googly Doll mold made for Strobel & Wilkin in 1914 and was marketed as the “Jubilee” Googly to celebrate the firms 50th anniversary at that time.

The artist that made this doll decided to make it in to a clown doll and it has worked beautifully and a stunning doll!

She measures in length approximately 14″ (36cm) and is a full bisque doll with no damage and is strung well.

She has lovely glass blue side-glancing googly eyes and the features on the face are painted beautifully. The wig is a lovely dark auburn wig in curls.

Her outfit has been made just for her and is made from the softest pastel coloured silk with pastel coloured silk ribbon trims around the collar and in her hair. She also has socks and pink shoes with pink pom poms added to them to complete the outfit. She has underclothes underneath the outfit as shown in the photos.

This doll is a unique artist doll that just makes you smile!
