This is a petite German antique doll from an unknown maker. She stands in height 10 1/4″ (26cm) and is in excellent condition.

The bisque shoulder plate head is in excellent condition with no damage at all. She has her original blue glass sleeping eyes and original brunette mohair wig and cardboard pate. (These have been lifted to stuff the head to protect the eyes in transit). Her painting is flawless with single stroked eyebrows and multi stroked upper and lower eyelashes as well as the usual red accent dot in the corner of each eye and her nostrils. She has an open mouth with a row of teeth and her blushing is nice and bright.

She is on her original cloth body with composition hands.

She comes wearing a simple blue cotton frock with white trims and underneath she has a vintage petticoat. Her sewn on pants and her cute little shoes are original to her.

This antique doll has a sweet little face and would be an ideal companion doll for another larger doll and very easy to fit into any collection.
