PAIR OF NOVELTY JAPANESE CELLULOIDS WITH DAMAGE – 3″ HEIGHT
Unfortunately both these little Japanese celluloid dolls have damage so priced accordingly. They would be from the 1930’s era and great examples of the novelty celluloids coming out of Japan during this time.
The green one has a large hole at the back of her skirt (see photo) and the red one has a hole in her base (may have been on a stick) as well as a small hole at the front in the base of her skirt. Both have elastic strung arms that are loose.
Despite their damage they are still cute and display nicely.
