This doll is a real collectors item and is a one of a kind doll. She is from my personal collection. She stands in height 19″ and has no damage.

It is unknown who the doll artist was that made this doll but she has been made superbly and represents many hours of work by a talented doll artist. I do know she was made in Australia and in the 1990’s.

The wax head is a shoulderplate type. She has delicately blushed cheeks and lovely mouth painting to her closed mouth. She has blue stationary set eyes and delicately stroked painted eyebrows. She has a blonde mohair hand made wig and her ears are pierced with earrings.

Her half arms are wax and the rest of her body is white gusseted leather from what I can see. I have not undressed her as I know her body is in perfect condition and left her clothing undisturbed.

Her outfit was made specifically for her and is a French style walking out outfit and made beautifully and suits her perfectly. It consists of a skirt and matching jacket made from a quality fabric with a matching bonnet. The lace on the underlining of the bonnet is the same as her lace blouse. She also has a fine cotton full length petticoat with pinch pleating and lace and matching pantaloons. Her cream socks are hand knitted and she has French style shoes that tie up with ribbon. Her hand made bonnet has lovely trims and also a handmade hat pin to hold it on.
