This is a large English Palitoy Doll that has some faults so priced accordingly. Many collectors refer to this doll as the “Elizabeth” doll despite there are no historical references to this name being correct. She is one of several I have sold in recent times but it is time for many of my celluloids to now find new homes. She dates to around the 1940’s era.

Overall her condition is not too bad and none of her faults are visible when on display. She does have some fading as often this model was usually darker in the face. She has all original painted features and lovely moulded hair with her factory painted auburn hair. She has a small crack in the head and many would not notice this without it being pointed out (see photo). Her limbs are all good with no issues and the cracks she has are shown in the photos and are at the top of the torso and the bottom of the torso. Her stringing is good and she can stand unassisted.

She comes wearing a vintage blue dress in aged condition with lace trims and embroidery. Underneath she also has some pants.
