This very large and heavy book was reprinted from original German catalogs with English, German and Spanish descriptions with commentary by Dr. Manfred Bachmann. The re-print is based on two original copies owned by the Spielzeugmuseum in Sonneberg, Germany. The catalogs were from 1924 and 1926 by Franz Carl Weber who was a leading German toy distributor with customers worldwide.

The book illustrates the output of over one hundred German toy manufacturers, including such makers as Steiff, Marklin, Schuco, Kathe Kruse and many many more. Every one of its more than 400 pages is crammed full of illustrations of German toys of this period with descriptions of every item in 3 languages.

The book was published in the USA in 1985 and is in good condition.

The book measures approximately 33cm x 25cm x 4 cm and weighs over 2.1kgs unpackaged so will be in the 3kg range to post in a large padded bag to protect the book.
