This artist made doll is a reproduction of the German Armand Marseille “Just Me” doll. She stands in height 13″ and is a full bisque doll so quite heavy for her size.

Her maker was “Gracie May’s Original Dolls” as shown by her original tie tag and her original cost was $155 at the time of purchase. I believe she dates to around the early 1990’s era.

She has no damage and is strung well. Her bisque socket head has been painted well and she has stationary brown glass eyes and an auburn wig. Her wig could do with removing and glueing a little lower on her forehead but I will leave this up to her new owner.

Her outfit has been made just for her and is just gorgeous and represents at least half my asking price. It consists of a fine cotton cream frock with smocking on the bodice along with a pink ribbon bow and lace at the sleeves and hem of the frock. Underneath she has a full length petticoat and matching pantaloons (could do with new elastic in them), socks and pale pink shoes that are in aged condition. She also has little pink bows in her hair that are tied in ponytails on each side.

This doll is just ready to display and a lovely example of this doll and represents many hours of work.
