This is an artist made doll and on the back of the head is marked “Kollectable original by Karen Blandford, 1990, Sarah Jane Reproduction. She measures in length 16” and is in perfect condition.

She has a bisque head, half arms and legs and the rest of her body is cloth.

She has stationary blue eyes with “real” upper blonde eyelashes to match her blonde hair. She has been painted well. There are glazed tears under her eyes.

Her outfit has been beautifully made just for her and consists of a matching frock and bonnet from a fine voile material and trimmed with lace and ribbon. Underneath she has a matching petticoat and pantaloons (that need new elastic) and also socks and shoes. Her outfit could do with a light soak to brighten it up as does have some age marks and will come up beautifully. The outfit alone is easily worth half my asking price which makes her a cheap doll!

This doll represents many hours of work and would have been expensive to make.

She sits beautifully and easy to display.
