This antique doll was made by the German firm of Heubach Koppelsdorf around the 1900’s era and is a 275.9 mould.

She has a bisque shoulder plate head with no damage and the painting is lovely and bright and even. She has multi stroked eyebrows and delicately painted upper and lower eyelashes and the usual red accent dot in the corner of each eye and her nostrils. Her open mouth reveals a row of teeth and she has a dimple in her chin. She has her original brown glass sleeping eyes but she has lost the eyelid wax on the lids (see photos). She has old glue residue around the top of her head. Her mould markings are nice and clear. Her wig appears to be original and made from human hair and she retains the antique cardboard pate also. Both of these have been removed to stuff the head to protect the eyes in transit.

She is on her original jointed leather and composition body with some old repairs at her upper arm areas (see photos). The half arms and legs are composition.

She comes wearing a vintage replica antique frock made from a satin type material that has some minor age marks with ruffles around the neckline. There are some vintage flowers poked into her sash around her waist. Underneath she has antique underclothing as well as socks, shoes and a vintage hat.
