This is a gorgeous larger sized antique Dream Baby made by the firm of Armand Marseille, Germany. The doll is all original and in lovely condition. She measures 21″ in length so is a larger sized doll.

She has a bisque domed head with moulded hair tinged auburn. She has sleeping blue glass eyes and her eyelid wax is intact. Her eyes don’t fully open so may need some slight adjustments to open wider. The paintwork is just beautiful with no issues and she has the lovely 2 bottom teeth. It is a lovely larger sized head on this doll. The bisque head has no damage and clearly incised with maker’s details.

The body is the usual cloth body that has had some mends as shown in the photos. She has celluloid hands with a couple of fingers missing on one side.

She comes wearing a more modern frock , singlet, nappy, bootees and bonnet. She will also come with some pants to match her frock but they do need new elastic in them.

These dolls display beautifully and look gorgeous displayed in prams.

I will be unable to remove the head to stuff but I will pop some tacky wax/medical tape on the eyes which does hold them in place during transit and easy to remove and causes no damage.
