These are 2 Japanese made celluloid dolls in this lot but one has a dent to the face. They would date to the 1930’s era.

The Kewpie measures in height 9cm and has elastic strung arms. It has painted features and the usual moulded tufts of hair. There is a dent in the head as shown in the photo.

The other little girl doll measures 10cm in height and again has elastic strung arms and has a minor dent in the back of her moulded hair and a pin hole in her base. The moulded hair also has a moulded band around it. Her previous owner made her some clothes.
