This 25″ OK Kader doll is from the 1960’s era and sold with minor faults and as such priced cheaply.

Made in Hong Kong these were the largest of these babies made that varied in size from very small to this size. This sized one was often used as mannequins in the 1960’s – 1970’s era to display babies clothing as were the ideal size for this.

This one is in good solid condition but could do with a better clean than I have given it and I have just given it a wipe over.

It has the usual hard plastic head with moulded hair with the softer plastic body.

They blue sleeping eyes are nice and clear and it retains the original hard black lashes. They open and close well and also flirt from side to side.

The eyebrow painting has worn on one side and almost gone on the other and the lip painting has wear. The little teeth and red tongue are no longer there but the mechanism is inside the head.

It has the usual turning wrists with one that comes off easily.

This is obviously a doll that was played with and sold with the faults.
