1950’s ENGLISH PEDIGREE WALKER DOLL WITH MINOR RESTORATIONS
This is just a gorgeous English Pedigree Doll from the 1950’s era and stands in height approximately 16 inches.
She has had some minor restoration that I could see including a new wig (the wig is actually a short bobbed wig with the curls pinned to the sides), possibly new eyelashes but I am not sure and possibly a new working ma-ma as she does speak. It is also possible her mouth painting has been touched up. All of this restoration has only enhanced her.
She has clear blue sleeping/flirty eyes that open and close and flirt with ease. She has an open mouth with 2 upper teeth and a tongue behind. She has some minor rubs to her blushed cheeks.
She is a walking doll and her body is in lovely condition with no splits or cracks. It does not appear this doll has been played with a lot.
She has been dressed as a School Girl and I just love her outfit! The white blouse is an English Amanda Jane doll blouse and then she has a tunic, tie, socks, shoes and pants underneath. She has red and white ribbon in the sides of her curls. She even has her own satchel to take to school!
